Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
As an RBT at Astute Early ABA Services, you will work directly with children implementing individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA. You will play a vital role in helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills in home, school, and daycare settings.
Requirements: RBT certification (or willingness to obtain), passion for working with children, strong communication skills, and reliability.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Requirements: As a QASP-S at Astute Early ABA Services, you will design and co-manage individualized treatment programs under the supervision of a BCBA. Additional duties include: conduct assessments, supervising RBTs, and collaborating closely with families and the clinical team. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of the kiddos you serve.
Requirements: As a BCBA at Astute Early ABA Services, you will design and oversee individualized treatment programs, conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, and collaborate closely with families.
