Step 1: Reach Us At (910) 400-6392

Schedule a free consultation & parent meeting via phone or submit our short information request form. We will meet with you (in person or virtually) to discuss your child’s strengths, challenges, and family goals. We’ll verify that your child has an up to date diagnostic report from a qualified practitioner ex: specialized healthcare professionals, including developmental pediatricians, child psychologists, psychiatrists, and neurologists Timeline: We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

Step 2: Insurance Verification & Intake

We verify your insurance benefits (including Medicaid) and complete the initial paperwork: referral, intake documents, etc. Timeline: Usually completed within 3–7 business days.

Step 3: Comprehensive Assessment

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) conducts a thorough assessment of your child’s current skills and needs. In order to create a custom ABA program tailored to your child and family goals. You review and approve the plan prior to submittal to your insurance carrier. Timeline: Typically completed within 1–3 weeks after the consultation.

Step 4: Therapy Begins & Your Child Starts Regular 1:1 ABA Sessions

A trained therapist in your chosen setting (home, daycare, school, or community). Timeline: Most families begin services within 4–6 weeks from first contact.

Step 5: We Will Continue to Provide Ongoing Progress & Support

We track progress with regular data reviews, update goals every 6 months, and focus on building meaningful, lasting skills that improve daily life for your whole family. Interactive and consistent parent training/coaching will begin. Timeline: Ongoing with monthly or bi-weekly parent updates.
